Course Description  In this three credit hour online graduate course, students will gain knowledge in strategic and tactical concepts and techniques used to market pharmaceuticals i.e. how to take product “science” to the marketplace. Both analytical and creative decision skills will be enhanced to improve product success. Students will individually prepare a market analysis, including a competitor assessment, for a disease category. Teams of students will develop a marketing plan for a “fictitious” pharmaceutical product.
